The 2014 WPTF Summer General Meeting will be in Sonoma, Calif., on June 26-27. The event hotel, the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, is sure to sell out. The WPTF group rate is $279 plus tax.
To make a room reservation, please contact the hotel directly by calling (866) 540-4499 and mention you are attending the Western Power Trading Forum conference. The group rate will be available until May 26th based on availability.
Many people make hotel reservations, but forget to RSVP with Rhonda Cherry at email@example.com for the meeting.
Regardless of the status of your hotel reservation, in order for us to get an accurate head count, you must email Rhonda or call her at 416-556-8382.
Hosted Spa Day is back and is being sponsored by the WPTF consultants: Resero Consulting, Aciem, Foothill Services Nevada Inc., and Advantage Consulting! Members and their spouses have their choice of either a 60-minute relaxation massage or a 60-minute deep cleansing facial anytime between 7:30 am – 4:00 pm on June 26th. Treatment and gratuity are covered.
Appointment times fill quickly, so contact Rhonda immediately with your request. Please note – slots are open first to members and member spouses. If any slots remain by June 19th, we will notify you in the Burrito, and nonmembers may request those slots. If you wish to make additional appointments, you may contact the spa directly at (707) 939-2419. Mention WPTF for a 10% discount.
Meeting fees— WPTF members may attend for free; non-members, non-member spouses, and consultants to WPTF members must pay a conference fee of $360 per person. Member spouses/partners must pay a spousal rate of $180.

1) make reservations by contacting the hotel directly at:

Power Trading Forum, June 26-27, 2014).
2) register using the link below or by calling Rhonda at Eventech (her
contact info at foot of this page). E-mail registration is preferred and
will shorten the reply time. Be sure to let Rhonda know which events you
will be attending including optional spa & golf
3) if you need to cancel your golf, dinner, lunch, or breakfast meeting,
please email Rhonda at Eventech 3 business days pre-event for refund.
Pay registration fees now if you are a non-member (including
spouses who are not members), consultant or government employee, or a
guest of a member. Members' participation is complimentary.
If you are a member, do not pay!
